That plaque on the vehicles informing riders that it is a crime to assault a TTC worker should be removed. This is not a fair representation and gives visitors to Toronto a bad impression. This reflects arrogance/disrespects towards the riders. So instead of teaching the riders how to treat you that work for us start adjusting your attitude, serve as you are suppose to serve…. with people skills…. YOU ARE PAID TOO WELL for what YOU DELIVER. The system is broken; it is time for a major overhaul.

Not so long ago a driver was
Not so long ago a driver was alleged to assault a rider. TTC management, union leader and the workers forget who they are working for. Can anyone not see how an aggressive, rude, arrogant driver can provokes already angry people who are frustrated with the system? Working with people requires skills just like other jobs that require dealing with the public. So the union leader and the workers should stop making their work with the TTC so unique and difficult. If it was other sectors this driver would have been suspended without pay or fired.
