Warning plaques on vehicles are an insult to majority.
That plaque on the vehicles informing riders that it is a crime to assault a TTC worker should be removed. This is not a fair representation and gives visitors to Toronto a bad impression. This reflects arrogance/disrespects towards the riders. So instead of teaching the riders how to treat you that work for us start adjusting your attitude, serve as you are suppose to serve…. with people skills…. YOU ARE PAID TOO WELL for what YOU DELIVER.
The system is broken; it is time for a major overhaul.
