I am very polite when I ask a bus driver a question and this bus driver gave me huge attitude and this was after the bad publicity. All he had to answer was "yes" or "no" to my question but instead he gave me a smart ass answer. I tried telling him that and he gave me more attitudes and would still not answer my question. Another rider stepped in and informed him that his job was to serve the public and to answer my question. Then he told this rider to shut up. Do you not see the ARROGANCE? Who does this driver and his union boss think they work for???

Drivers are not someone who just drive a vehicle from point A to B, they should have public relations. Drivers need to show more concern on what goes on in their vehicles and have a sense of pride or ownership to their vehicles.i.e, if a rider does not get up for disabled person they should get involved. Tell someone not to liter or vandalize the vehicle if they are notified by a rider.
